Art of Rock - a world-class multi-course treat

The media preview of the Zip Zap ‘Art of Rock’ fundraising dinner gave a tantalizing taste of greatness!

Imagine a menu filled with a colourful, exquisite variety of treats, not only for your taste buds, but for the eyes, ears and the heart, too. Take the unique performances of the Zip Zap Circus school artists, the dynamic music of world-class rock band The Parlotones and the famous art of Paul du Toit and present it on one plate, carefully mixed together to a breathtaking show that keeps you captivated from the word go.The acts are incredibly well paced to the vibrant music of The Parlotones, and Paul du Toit’s art piece evolves organically in tune with the progression of the show.

This concept comes alive tonight at a ‘world first’ fundraising dinner combining these three artistic components with local wines and amazing food, and if you ask me, this should be a real winner not only for tonight but for the future of fundraising, and I hope that the auction, with some fantastic items on offer - like Paul du Toit’s painting which will be brought to life on the canvas during tonight’s show, will be a huge success and make it possible for the Zip Zap family to reach out to more children with their work.
We at Cape Town Kids certainly look forward to seeing and hearing more from this team!
