The morning session, The Johnson’s Baby Womb to World Seminar, addresses the needs of parents who are pregnant or have a newborn baby. It covers the practicalities of care, as well as the concerns and issues that come with that stage of parenting. The focus is on pregnancy, birth, feeding and the basics of newborn care. Parents can expect a highly informative and very practical session, and to come away with ideas and advice that they can put into practice immediately in their own lives. Every speaker is a well-regarded expert in her particular field; Tina Otte, Megan Faure, Karen Hansen, Katherine Megaw and Sr Anne Richardson.
The afternoon session will focus on specific developmental, emotional and practical issues. Speakers will share their expertise about the all-important subjects that generate the most questions and concerns: sleep, feeding and baby health. Importantly, parents will be given the tips for soothing and settling their babies, leading to a happier and calmer family life for all, and for stimulating their babies age-appropriately. They will leave the day with real practical skills, and more confidence in their parenting. Again, an impressive line-up of experts has been scheduled, including Megan Faure, Dr Simon Strachan, Sr Anne Richardson, Karen Hansen and Katherine Megaw.

Every Sunday at 12h00, Delvera and Spectrum Productions transport children to a magical fairytale world. Our Goal  
Our online community is growing steadily and we would like to extend an invitation to all those who may be interested in joining us at our bi-monthly workshops to be held in the Southern Suburbs (Wynberg area).  - you do not have to be a member of our website to join the workshops.

The main focus of these groups will be to “encourage creativity through adversity” - what this means is, at each workshop, members will get the chance to share and discuss their creative works - be it poetry, photography or a painting they’ve done. These workshops are intended to be informal, fun and inspiring.  At the end of each workshop, a topic for assignment will be given for the next workshop; this is meant as something to look forward to - a way in which to motivate and inspire members.
We want to create a space where individuals feel safe and comfortable enough to kickoff their shoes, let loose their hair and share, share, share!

Bio -  Candice is a 25yr old stay-at-home mom, wife and entrepreneur.
She was diagnosed with Bipolar mood disorder at the age of 16 and has since received further diagnoses of ADHD along with anxiety disorder.
She is ambitious, honest, head-strong and a very good listener.
The idea for creating Bipolar-heArts support community came to Candice recently when she attended a Bipolar Workshop hosted by “Integrating Polarities”.
