Advanced cooking course

Our next advanced course will be on the 29th July for domestics who have been on a course with me or who are cooking on a daily basis at their workplace, as the pace is a little faster. 
The course covers hygiene and safety, table setting and now introducing Nutrition and the food triangle. 
The courses are R1100 inclusive of ingredients, recipe folders and certificates on completion.  For more information on the courses please email me and I will forward you the weekly schedules.
