Kurland Hotel

South Africa's premier family destination! Kurland's unique loft rooms above the parents suites, individually decorated for young visitors are world renowned! Loads to do on the property as well as numerous well known attractions on our doorstep.

Kurland is the ultimate family-holiday treat!  Unique to Kurland are the individually decorated children’s lofts above the parents suites, offering a perfect family retreat on the Garden Route.
Kurland offers a range of fun-filled family activities on this 700 acre estate:  quad bikes, mountain bikes, horse-riding, walks and trails and a fully equipped playroom.  Within a 5 minute drive are Monkeyland, Birds of Eden,  the Elephant Sanctuary and numerous other attractions on the ‘Cruise the Crags’ activity list.  Natures Valley with its safe lagoon is a mere 9km drive - and we have all the playthings you could wish for to enjoy a morning on the beach - and we’ll send you off with a cooler box of refreshments and snacks!  A highlight are cooking activities for children in Kurland’s farmhouse-style kitchen. Kurland promotes healthy living for our young guests who are encouraged to help the chefs in the extensive organic vegetable garden, collecting fresh fruit and veges for their dinner!  Baby sitters can be arranged so that parents can enjoy Kurland’s fine dining at their leisure.
