A large, exciting, inclusive indoor play centre!

Planet Kids is a large, exciting indoor play and activity centre beautifully located between the mountains and the vlei in Muizenberg. We welcome all children including children with disabilities. Most of the play equipment available is customized, safe and very exciting. Planet Kids is open every day throughout the year, hosts great birthday parties, either basic or themed. We can organize a photographer, face painter, magician or any other entertainer that is available. We cater and care for your individual needs (including all your catering needs) and host only one party at a time. During school holidays Planet Kids organizes arts and crafts holiday workshop programs. Check our homepage regularly for news or subscribe to our newsletter. We offer special rates to crèches, schools and other educational and care facilities (conditions apply).

NEW ACTIVITIES AT PLANET KIDS:

Modern Dance Classes with Primary Dance on Tuesday afternoons.
The classes are held once a week and last 30 minutes with 15 minutes of play at Planet Kids before and after classes. Children can sign up for a term at R320 a term or R50 for a once-off session. There will be 3 classes as follows: 5-7 year olds 3-4pm; 8-10 year olds 3.30-4.30; 11 to 13 year olds 4 -5pm.

Baby Play Date
On Friday mornings from 10 am – 12 noon there will be a group for 6 – 12 month olds for Mommies and Daddies and babies to socialize. As we only charge from 10 months old the younger babies and their parents can come in completely for free. The 10 -12 month olds will be charged from R20 – R22 a once-off session (depending on their age) or R 67 – R86 for a monthly card ( 4 X 2-hour sessions)

Mom’s Day Off and Toddler Play Date
On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am – 12 noon there will be a new group for 18 – 24 month olds where they can socialize and practice saying bye-bye to Mommy. We will make this the same time as Toddler Play Date for the 12 -24 month olds where mommies will stay to make the transition to Mom’s Day Off easier.
Mom’s Day Off will be from R75 to R95 a once-off session (depending on age of child) or from R288 to R350 for a monthly card (4 X 2-hour sessions)
Toddler Play Date will be from R22 to R50 a once-off session (depending on age of child) or from R 86 to R190 for a monthly card (4 x 2-hour sessions)

Many people don’t know that we also accept drop offs: if you need time for yourself and want your child to be in “happy mode”, too, call us and arrange for dropping off your child with us (T’&C’s apply).
