Tots n’ Pots offers fun, hands on workshops dedicated to providing parents or grandparents some valuable time with their little ones as well as the opportunity to create memorable moments whilst encouraging good eating habits.
The workshops allow your child to be creative whilst having fun… and the best part… you can leave the mess to us!
Little Tots Programme (2- 3yrs):
Focuses on developing a love of good food through the senses and helps develop the bond between parent & child whilst encouraging a love for food and different flavours in a fun way. It is great for tactile and sensory development and a wonderful opportunity for them to explore food in a creative and relaxed environment.
Little Chef Programme: (3 - 6 year olds):
Children learn and develop their find motor skills through mixing, mashing, pouring, measuring and stirring. The little chefs will learn about new shapes, the feeling of different textures, colours & tastes through our fun baking workshops. They will feel a big sense of achievement when the see their very own creations! They will even be able to decorate and personalize their own take home boxes.
I can do it myself program: 6 years +
Here children will learn to appreciate good food whist learning through sequential development, such as following a recipe by themselves. They will learn the basics of cooking and feel an enormous sense of achievement having mastered some basic skills and create some healthy dishes all by themselves.
Our classes are small and hand-on, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Southern Peninsula 3rd Term starting 4th of August 2011:
Little Chefs, 3 – 6 years, Wednesdays @ 3pm – 4pm
Little Chefs, 3 – 6 year, Thursdays @ 3pm – 4pm
Workshops include:
· 1 hr cooking and baking workshop including creative time
· Each child will plant a seedling to nurture and grow throughout the term
· Each week kiddies will get a change to decorate their boxes according to the theme of the week
· All supplies needed for creative time & decoration
· Personalised recipe book
· A new recipe to take home each week
· Use of Tots n Pots aprons
· Use of children’s play area
Classes are kept to a maximum of 8, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Cost: R630 per term (7 weeks) or R90 per workshop per child (if space is available).
